Agreement
By creating a Fynd account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use Fynd on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
The service
Fynd lets you connect catalog and knowledge sources, configure AI advisors, and embed a widget on your website. Features and limits depend on your plan. We may update the product to improve security, performance, or functionality.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for content you upload (catalogs, knowledge, prompts) and for obtaining rights to use that content. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Fynd for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive advice to visitors.
Billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are charged via our payment provider. Taxes may apply. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Availability & liability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI answers can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for how advice is presented to visitors.\nTo the extent permitted by law, Fynd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Fynd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security/abuse risk. Provisions that should survive (liability, IP, confidentiality) remain in effect.
