Who we are
Fynd provides an AI advisor for websites. This policy explains what data we process when you create an account, connect a site, or when visitors use an embedded advisor.
Data we process
Account data: name, email, and authentication details. Site data: domain, catalog content, knowledge sources, bot configuration, and usage metrics. Conversation data: messages between visitors and your bots, plus optional lead details visitors submit. Technical data: IP address, browser type, and logs needed for security and reliability.
Why we process data
To provide and improve the service, generate catalog-aware answers, show analytics, bill subscriptions, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Processors & retention
We use infrastructure and AI providers under data-processing agreements to host and run the product. We retain account and site data while your account is active, and conversation/analytics data according to your plan and operational needs. You can request deletion of your account data.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Visitors interacting with an embedded widget should contact the site operator first; we support site owners in handling those requests.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication, CSRF protection, and locale preference on the marketing site and dashboard. Optionally we use privacy-friendly first-party analytics without advertising cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the marketing site.
