Yes. New accounts get a 14-day Starter trial, no credit card. Embed the widget, add FAQs, and test advice before you pay. Catalog sync (sitemap, feeds, Catalog API) is on Growth.
Which plan fits my site?
Starter is for small sites or soft launch: one bot, custom knowledge, and basic analytics. Growth is for live shops that sync catalogs (sitemap, feeds, Catalog API, REST pull) with more messages and up to 5 bots. Pro is for high volume, white-label (no Fynd branding), and priority support. Need larger volume or an SLA? Contact us for Enterprise.
What counts as a message?
Each message a visitor sends counts toward your monthly limit. The bot reply does not count separately.
Do I pay extra for Claude or OpenAI?
No. You pick one model: OpenAI or Claude. That is included in the monthly price, with no separate credits. Messages and AI tokens have a ceiling. After that, new visitor messages pause until you upgrade or the month resets.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel later?
Yes. Switch plans from Billing in the dashboard when your volume grows or shrinks. No setup fees, and you can cancel whenever you want.
What happens if I hit a limit?
You get a clear notice in the dashboard. New visitor messages pause until you upgrade or the limit resets next month. Upgrade for more messages, products, or bots, or ask about Enterprise for custom limits.
How does billing work?
Prices are monthly. Pay via Mollie or request an invoice from Billing. With an invoice request, we email the invoice and activate your plan after payment.
